The current Cameroon FA President, Samuel Eto’o, was seen in an online viral video fighting a man outside the Stadium 974 in Doha at the World Cup in Qatar. The video which has emerged online shows the former Barcelona, Inter Milan and Chelsea striker leaving the Stadium, after watching Brazil victorious match against South Korea in their round-of-16.
Coming out of the Stadium after the match, Eto’o was seen taking selfies with fans as he made his way toward the outside direction. Few seconds later the 41-year-old became agitated after exchanging words with a man holding a video camera, regarding the word exchange which led to confrontation, Eto’o was held back by onlookers at the scene.
While four men were holding Eto’o back, he gave his phone to another man close by, before breaking out of hold to reach the video camera man, knocking him down. As fast as possible the man was able to stand up, Eto’o charged at him again but was held back as securities escorted him away.
Samuel Eto’o, a four-time African Player of the Year, he is also the second most-capped player in Cameroon’s history behind Rigobert Song, he is the current manager of the national team.
