INEC has declared All Progressive Congress candidate, Fuad Laguda winner of the by election in Surulere Federal Constituency, Lagos State.
Fuad Laguda polled a total of 11, 203 votes to defeat other candidates. The Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Jerry Afemighie, came second with 278 votes while the candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Adeola Adebanjo polled 240 to come a third.
