The Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Honourable David Olusegun Odunmbaku, has been honored with the “Best Performing Local Government Chairman” award by Global Excellence Magazine. This accolade recognizes his outstanding contributions to the development and improvement of Ojodu LCDA.
Hon. Odunmbaku’s tenure has been marked by significant achievements in infrastructure, education, healthcare with youth and women empowerment through his H.E.Y.S Agenda.
Under his leadership, several roads including Fadeyi Street, Paul Avenue and Umaru Saro Drive have been rehabilitated. His administration has also completed the council legislative building, constructing a new adminstrative block and undertaken extensive renovations of healthcare facilities, community halls, vocational centers and an ICT Hub
The award ceremony highlighted these accomplishments and emphasized Odunmbaku’s commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents of Ojodu LCDA. In his acceptance speech, Hon. Odunmbaku represented by the SLG, Hon Olaide John Bello expressed gratitude for the recognition and reaffirmed his dedication to furthering the development initiatives within Ojodu LCDA.
At the event and representing Ojodu LCDA were Hon Bola Lawal, Hon Lekan Peters and Hon Wale Larinde.
