The granting of indemnity to covid 19 vaccine manufacturers by our governments is a grave disservice to the citizens they are supposed to protect and serve.
This concession implies that everyone taking the covid vaccine is participating as an uninformed guinea pig in an experiment with unknown future outcomes against which no one may receive compensation for incurred damages.
The reason these vaccine makers have sought indemnity against damages that may arise from their vaccines is the lack of data regarding the safety of their products. This situation is not only very dangerous, it is also counter-intuitive and should be an issue of great concern to all discerning citizens including the custodians of our healthcare systems.
In deploying these experimental vaccines, the pharmaceutical companies and their cohorts within our governments are in irreverent violation of the Hippocratic oath and the Nuremberg codes of 1947 both of which are ethical guidelines for health care delivery and the execution of human experiments respectively.
While the most poignat part of the Hippocratic oath states that care givers should “FIRST DO NO HARM”,
the ten points of the Nuremberg Codes are as follows.:
- The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
- The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, pronounceable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
- The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.
- The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
- No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
- The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
- Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
- The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
- During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
- During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
Under the present arrangement, the vaccine manufacturers have indicated their lack of confidence in the safety of their product by requesting for indemnity against all possible outcomes from our government. Any citizen that may later feel aggrieved by the outcome of the vaccines would therefore have to engage in a legal battle against the state in order to be compensated. In the unlikely event that a compensation is awarded by the courts, the payment and all legal costs involved would have to be settled from the state coffers which means the citizens would end up being the ones paying for the damages incurred. This would be akin to receiving a double slap on the face while the aggressor roams free.
Nothing about this vaccine drama makes sense. No benefit can be attributed to its deployment. The vaccines do not prevent infection, neither do they prevent its spread to others. The only ostensible benefit it claims to provide turns out to be a disadvantage because according to the makers, those who receive the jab may not become sick enough to show symptoms and may therefore not seek treatment. Instead, they become asymptomatic carriers who may then become a danger to the commune by innocently spreading the virus to others.
This covid vaccine scam is the most insane scam in recorded history. The earlier this deadly exercise is terminated by the community, the better for humanity.
