On 15 May 2021, Leicester won their first ever FA Cup by beating Chelsea 1-0 thanks to a Youri Tielemans goal from 25 yards out, having previously lost 4 FA Cup finals.
The duo of Nigerian players Ndidi and Ihenacho made history to join crops of other Nigerians such as Celestine Babayaro, Daniel Amokachi, Kanu Nwankwo and Michel Obi that won the crown with different English clubs in the past.
