The NNPC Limited has emerged overall winner in the just concluded 19th Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry Games (NOGIG) held at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
During the week-long tournament that saw it competing against 12 other oil and gas entities and organizations in the Petroleum Ministry, the NNPC Limited carted home a total of 50 medals which include 20 Gold, 9 Silver and 21 Bronze medals to emerge overall winner.
The Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry Games (NOGIG) is a biennial sporting event organised to foster interaction among the Oil and Gas Company Employees in Nigeria.
