As Nigeria marks its 64th Independence Anniversary, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to deliver a nationwide broadcast on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 7:00 a.m. The address will reflect on the nation’s journey towards growth and prosperity, the challenges it has faced, and the roadmap for the future under his administration.

This Independence Day broadcast forms a crucial part of the national celebrations, symbolizing a moment for all Nigerians to unite and reflect on the significance of the day. The President’s speech is expected to highlight ongoing efforts to bolster economic stability, security, and governance reforms, alongside celebrating Nigeria’s rich history and diverse culture.

Television and radio stations, along with other electronic media platforms, have been urged to connect to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) to ensure the broadcast reaches all corners of the nation.

As the country commemorates this important milestone, the President’s address is anticipated to inspire hope and reinforce the spirit of patriotism among Nigerians, while outlining key policies aimed at securing a prosperous future for the country.
