Lagos SUBEB Board Member, quality education advocate and public affairs commentator, Owolabi Falana, has paid a congratulatory visit to the newly appointed Executive Secretary of the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC), Hajiya Aisha Garba, and the Deputy Executive Secretary (Technical), Mr. Olajuwon Akinyemi.
