Prominent Ejigbo politician and philanthropist, Mr Oyedemi Oyeyemi (Shekoni) has felicitated with former Osun State House Of Assembly member, Hon George Alabi on his ratification as a Commissioner Designate in the cabinet of Governor Ademola Adeleke.
Hon George Alabi who was ratified as Commissioner Designate at an high level meeting of the party leadership in the country home of the Governor was described by Mr Oyedemi Oyeyemi as an highly principled politician, transparent and trustworthy, whose loyalty and fidelity to the party has been outstanding because of his consistency and reliability for having stayed with the party since inception.
Mr Oyedemi Oyeyemi in the congratulatory message penned to Honourable George Alabi said that the ratified commissioner’s contributions and commitment to the party is indelible and remarkable while praising his choice as Commisioner Designate is an excellent pick whose exceptional skills and competence would be of great value to the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke and people of Osun State.
“Honourable George Alabi’s ratification as Commissioner is a testament of the impeccable reward system of our party and the commitment of the Ademola Adeleke administration in the appointment of round pegs in round holes to realize it’s developmental agenda for Osun State and an acknowledgement of the sacrifice, perseverance and relevance of George Alabi in the political terrain of Ejigbo and Osun State” said Oyedemi Oyeyemi.
“We look forward to the developmental strides that would be recorded in Osun State and especially in Ejigbo Local Government through the appointment of Honourable George Alabi as Commissioner and have also resolved to partner and collaborate with him in the upliftment of our people and the socioeconomic development of Osun State” Oyedemi Oyeyemi concluded.
At the ratification event were chairman of Ede federal constituency, Elder Sunday Akanfe Atidade, Prince Lere Laoye, Deputy State Chairman for PDP Mr Idowu, Elder Steven Fajobi, State Women Leader Mrs Alice Otunla,Baba Adeleke okinni, Chairmen of Ede South, Ede North, Egbedore and Ejigbo Local Governments, with House Of Assembly Members of Egbedore, Ede South and Ejigbo alongside other leaders of the party in Ede Federal Constituency.
