Rochas Okorocha, the Governor of Imo State recently unveiled a 25 metres tall bronze statue of Jacob Zuma, the current President of South Africa which the state government erected at Owerri.
This statue is allegedly valued at about N520 Million, built by a state government that currently owes its workers money.
