Superintendent of Police, (Dr.) Onne Ikwen Nigeria Police Force has produced the first woman PhD holder in computer science in recent times. She was amongst the over 11,000 graduands of the University of Calabar conferred with various levels of degrees over the weekend. Superintendent of Police, Onne Ikwen during her convocation spoke to news men on her research topic Enhancing Crime Prediction Using Machine Learning Algorithm, aimed to assist the Police Force prevent crime using Artificial intelligence.
