President Bola Tinubu has urged Nigerians to put aside their differences and work towards a united and prosperous nation. In his New Year’s message, Tinubu acknowledged that while the country is on the right path, some individuals still view things through the lenses of politics, ethnicity, region, and religion. He emphasized the need for Nigerians to become better citizens, devoted to the nation’s growth and development.

Tinubu’s administration has committed to implementing significant economic reforms to drive sustainable growth. He expressed gratitude to Nigerians for trusting him as their president and promised to continue serving diligently. The president seeks cooperation and collaboration from citizens to achieve the goal of a one trillion-dollar economy.

Key areas of focus for the administration include boosting food production, reducing inflation on food and drugs to 15%, and strengthening the economy. Tinubu highlighted positive economic growth indicators, such as lower fuel prices, rising foreign reserves, and a stronger Naira, as evidence of progress in 2024 that will continue into the new year.

Ultimately, Tinubu stressed that the success of these reforms relies on shared common values, identities, and unconditional love for the country. He encouraged Nigerians to stay focused and united in their pursuit of a better future.
