Federal Government pays $218m to begin the construction of Kano-Kaduna rail next week.
Nigeria will pay $600m for that $1.2bn railway, as Standard Chartered Bank UK has shown readiness to pay for the southern Lagos-Calabar coastal rail.
The eastern railway also got N13bn initial payment.
