The Distinguished Lawmaker representing Ogun West Senatorial District, Senator Solomon Adeola Yayi, has expressed great sadness at the demise of the Ogun State All Progressives Congress (APC) spokesman, Mr. Tunde Oladunjoye, who passed on yesterday after a protracted ill health.

While commiserating with his immediate family, the people and government of Ogun State for the shocking and untimely loss, Senator Adeola stated that the progressives fold and the profession of journalism has lost a valuable and cerebral personality who contributed significantly in the political development and governance in Ogun state and Nigeria.

“Our party, the APC, has lost a principled, loyal and hardworking chieftain who sacrificed so much for the current administration at the State and Federal level. His contributions to effective communication of party policy and governance activities is uniquely unparalleled “ the Senator stated.

The Chairman of Senate Committee on Appropriations said Oladunjoye’s support for just causes, equity and fair play will be missed by those who knows him for being large hearted and philanthropic.

“Getting to know Oladunjoye and his principled stand on issues of Ogun State politics and indeed national politics made him an ally. It is unfortunate that he died at this time. May his gentle soul rest in peace “ the Senator further stated.

Senator Adeola prayed for the peaceful repose of his soul and the fortitude for the immediate family and loved ones to bear the irreparable loss.
