The Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Rauf Olaniyan has announced his defection from PDP to APC.
Mr Rauf Olaniyan made this announcement in an interaction with journalists on Sunday.
The ruling party and the opposition in the State have been poaching prominent members from opposite camps and witnessing cross carpeting through defections as both parties prepare for the general elections coming up next year,the defection of the incumbent Deputy Governor has shaken the polity and tilted the political dynamics in Oyo State.
