A Ugandan Minister of Education took bribery money from a Chinese contractor to favor him win some construction works contract. Unfortunately for both of them it turns out that the contract was not awarded to the contractor. On the day of the construction project launch the Chinese contractor came to demand for his money which made things escalated. As it was seen in a video that surfaced the internet, hell broke loose which led to a short fighting scene and it was stopped by the people around as they separate both parties. Who to blame here?
