Osun State governorship hopeful and leading All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwart, (AMBO) Bola Oyebanji, has reaffirmed his commitment to fostering party unity and strengthening grassroots structures across the state as he hosted the leadership and members of the Osun APC Women Wing during the Eid-el-Kabir celebrations.

The delegation, led by the State Women Leader, Alhaja Fakokunde, paid a courtesy visit to Oyebanji to extend Sallah greetings and reiterate the unwavering support of women across the party for the APC’s mission of securing victory in the forthcoming governorship election.
Speaking during the visit, Oyebanji expressed profound appreciation for the dedication, loyalty, and sacrifices of APC women, describing them as the backbone of the party’s grassroots mobilization efforts and a critical force in advancing the progressive ideals of the APC throughout Osun State.

He noted that the visit provided an opportunity for meaningful engagement on key party matters, including strategies for strengthening internal structures, expanding voter outreach and deepening grassroots participation across all local government areas and wards in the state.
According to him, the discussions centered on identifying areas requiring greater attention within the party and developing practical approaches to ensure that every member and segment of the electorate remains actively engaged in the collective pursuit of good governance and sustainable development for Osun State.

“I am delighted to receive the leadership and members of the Osun APC Women Wing, led by our indefatigable State Women Leader, Alhaja Fakokunde. Beyond the warm Sallah greetings, their visit reflects the unity, commitment, and determination that continue to define our great party,” Oyebanji stated.
He further commended the women leaders for their invaluable contributions to the growth of the APC, emphasizing that their resilience, mobilization capacity, and grassroots influence remain indispensable assets as the party prepares for the next electoral contest.
The APC governorship aspirant also assured party faithful that the collective vision of building a more prosperous, inclusive, and progressive Osun State remains achievable through sustained collaboration, strategic planning, and unwavering commitment from all stakeholders.
Members of the women delegation, in their remarks, pledged continued support for Oyebanji’s political aspiration and reaffirmed their readiness to intensify grassroots mobilization efforts aimed at strengthening the party’s presence across communities and ensuring electoral success in the forthcoming governorship election.
The visit concluded on a note of optimism and renewed determination, with both Oyebanji and the women leaders expressing confidence that a united APC would emerge stronger and better positioned to deliver the quality leadership and development that the people of Osun State deserve.
