In a vibrant celebration of Lagos’ rich culinary traditions, the Lagos State Government’s Ministry of Agriculture and Food Systems presents Eko Flavours, a unique culinary competition. This event aims to spotlight the diverse and flavorful dishes of Lagosians, all while emphasizing the importance of affordability in creating delightful meals.

Eko Flavours is not just about food; it is a tribute to the market actors and food vendors who play a pivotal role in making these culinary delights accessible to the public. The competition invites participants to showcase their cooking skills and creativity by presenting budget-friendly dishes that reflect the diverse tastes and flavors of Lagos.

Set to take place at the Fresh Food Hub in Idi Oro, Mushin, the competition will be held on Wednesday, August 28, and Saturday, August 31. Both amateur and professional chefs are encouraged to participate, offering them a platform to gain recognition and share their culinary expertise with a wider audience.

For those eager to join this exciting event, detailed information on how to participate can be found at [ekoflavors.lagosfreshfoodhub.com](http://ekoflavors.lagosfreshfoodhub.com). This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of Lagos’ vibrant food scene and showcase your culinary talents to the world.
