Enterprise Next Level (ENL) Cooperative Society reaffirmed its position as a transformative platform for entrepreneurship, wealth creation and financial empowerment as it successfully hosted its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) themed “Sustainable Growth Through Unity and Progress” at Suite 301, Famous Building, Isheri Road, beside the FRSC Office, Ojodu-Berger, Lagos.

The well-attended gathering brought together members, partners, stakeholders, cooperative experts and government regulators to review the cooperative’s achievements, celebrate milestones and unveil strategic plans aimed at expanding opportunities for members while strengthening economic prosperity within the entrepreneurial community.
Speaking at the event, the President of ENL Cooperative Society, Mr. Simeon Ugbekpa, described ENL as a carefully designed ecosystem created to foster personal development, entrepreneurial excellence, financial independence, and total well-being.

According to him, the organization has continued to evolve beyond a conventional cooperative society by building an ecosystem that empowers members through multiple business portfolios, mentorship opportunities, investment platforms, wellness solutions and wealth-building initiatives.
“ENL is a haven for entrepreneurial development, mentorship, and empowerment. Our mission is to raise value-driven entrepreneurs, groom them into investors and nation-builders and support them in achieving healthy and wealthy lifestyles. We believe in creating opportunities that improve lives and ensure long-term financial success,” he said.
One of the major highlights of the AGM was the presentation of the cooperative’s performance and its impact on members’ lives through accessible financial services, business support, savings programs and investment opportunities.

Members praised the cooperative’s operational efficiency and transparency, particularly its loan disbursement system which has enabled entrepreneurs to access funds with minimal stress.
Beneficiaries of services including Mr. Aderoju Moses and Mr. Femi Popoola, shared testimonies of how ENL’s loan facilities positively impacted their businesses.
They commended the organization for its seamless coordination, prompt loan processing, and commitment to ensuring members receive timely financial support needed to grow their ventures.
Their experiences underscored ENL’s growing reputation as a trusted financial partner helping entrepreneurs overcome capital challenges while expanding their businesses.

The AGM also featured educational sessions led by renowned cooperative consultant and expert, Mr. Isaac Sohe, alongside officials from the Lagos State Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Investment, who provided detailed presentations on cooperative regulations, governance structures, taxation policies, compliance requirements and emerging opportunities within the cooperative sector.

The sessions equipped members with valuable knowledge needed to operate effectively within regulatory frameworks while maximizing the benefits available through cooperative enterprises.
Mr. Ugbekpa disclosed that ENL is introducing additional products and services into its growing portfolio as part of efforts to create more value for members and stakeholders.

A major announcement at the AGM was the planned launch of one of ENL’s flagship real estate projects, ENL Oasis Apartments, scheduled for October 2026.
Located within the serene Peace Garden Estate in Ikorodu, Lagos State, the luxury mini-estate is designed to serve both long-term residents and short-stay guests.
The development consists of two residential blocks:
Block A A bungalow comprising four one-bedroom apartments, each featuring:
