Governor of Lagos, Babajide Sanwoolu Meets Mayor Of Atlanta.

The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu visited and met with the Mayor of Atlanta, Mr Andre Dickens on his visit to the city in the State of Georgia, United States Of America.

Babajide Sanwoolu who said during the visit that Lagos and Atlanta have been known to enjoy over fifty years sister-cities relationship, which both cities had not utilized to best of its capacity and that he met with Mr. Andre Dickens, the Mayor of Atlanta on new and innovative ways to renew the age long relationship.

He further said that “at the meeting, we touched on different areas of collaborations such as education, technology, sports and entertainment. And agreed to work together on other mutually beneficial areas for the development of the two cities.”

The Lagos State Governor had also attended a music awards ceremony in the city, “The Headies” which is an award ceremony to celebrate outstanding contemporary artistes and the best of the music industry.
