The stage is set for the third edition of the highly anticipated Invest Lagos Summit 3.0, as the Governor of Lagos State, BabajideSanwo-Olu, the Minister For Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Taiwo Oyedele, Co-Chair of the Lagos International Financial Centre, Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, and the Chief Executive Officer of moniepoint.com, Tosin Eniolorunda, have been confirmed as key speakers at the two-day investment gathering scheduled for June 8 and 9, 2026.

Organised by the on behalf of the , the summit is designed to further strengthen Lagos’ position as Africa’s foremost destination for investment, innovation, trade, infrastructure development, and strategic economic partnerships.

With the theme centered on unlocking investment opportunities and accelerating sustainable economic growth, the summit will convene a distinguished audience of policymakers, business leaders, global investors, development finance institutions, entrepreneurs, and industry experts to deliberate on pathways to economic transformation and prosperity.

Participants will engage in a robust lineup of sessions focusing on critical sectors and emerging opportunities, including Lagos as Africa’s Global Gateway, The Future of Technology and Innovation, Unlocking Investment Opportunities, Building the Cities of the Future, Global Partnerships for Growth, Talent, Creativity and Culture, as well as Energy and Sustainability.

Speaking ahead of the event, the Commissioner for Information and Strategy and Head of the Media Subcommittee, Mr GbengaOmotosho, emphasized that Invest Lagos 3.0 has been carefully designed to go beyond dialogue and deliver practical outcomes capable of attracting significant investment inflows into the state.

According to him, the summit will serve as a strategic platform for showcasing Lagos State’s ongoing investments and development initiatives across transportation, technology, energy, manufacturing, tourism and urban infrastructure, while also exposing local and international investors to viable business opportunities within the state.

Omotoso described the summit as a catalyst for meaningful engagement between governments, investors, and development partners.

“Invest Lagos 3.0 is more than a conference; it is a strategic platform designed to connect investors with opportunities, facilitate meaningful partnerships, and showcase Lagos as Africa’s most attractive investment destination.

Through this summit, we are bringing together government leaders, global investors, development institutions and business executives to explore opportunities that will unlock growth, create jobs and accelerate economic development across Lagos and Nigeria,” he stated.

Beyond the plenary sessions and panel discussions, the summit will feature investment pitches by state governors, exhibitions by participating organisations, business networking sessions and a gala dinner aimed at fostering stronger partnerships among stakeholders.

A major highlight of the event will be guided site visits to some of Lagos’ most significant industrial and infrastructure assets, including the world-class Dangote Refinery,  Lagos Free Trade Zone, Lagos Port and the advanced manufacturing facilities of russelsmithgroup.com.

As Lagos continues to consolidate its reputation as the economic powerhouse of Nigeria and a leading commercial hub in Africa, stakeholders believe that Invest Lagos Summit 3.0 will further deepen investor confidence, attract fresh capital, and reinforce the state’s commitment to creating a business-friendly environment that supports innovation, industrialisation, job creation and sustainable development.
