Why Tinubu Must Not Stay Beyond 2027: Pack Your Load and Go

Nigeria has seen enough. Since 2023, when the current government came into power, life has been nothing short of unbearable for the people. The one thing Nigerians had to hold onto, the cheap petrol, courtesy of subsidy was mercilessly taken away. Imagine that! The only affordable thing left in our lives snatched, while everything else, from healthcare to education, was already out of reach.

And as if that was not enough, this same Bola Ahmed Tinubu boldly collapsed our sacred system of four different exchange rates, yes, four legal prices for one legal tender, the naira. Those magical days when manufacturers imported finished goods as “raw materials,” when foreign students could fly away from perpetually closed Nigerian universities, when politicians traveled abroad for “simple headaches,” and when investors minted overnight billions simply by selling dollars, gone! All gone, thanks to this man. Tell me, why must he stay beyond 2027?

To make matters worse, the man shamelessly travels around the world like a restless salesman, begging for foreign investments. But wait, did Nigeria not become completely self-sufficient under PDP’s glorious 16 years of uninterrupted plenty? Who needs investors when we already had enough poverty to distribute evenly? Tinubu must go.

And look at the insult: he even dares to continue what Buhari started, fixing roads, building railways, and trying to make transport affordable for ordinary Nigerians. But who really needs roads when our true leaders, their wives, and their children only travel by private jets and first-class flights? Is it not disrespectful to our political aristocrats to give commoners motorable roads? This man must leave in 2027.

Worse still, Tinubu has the audacity to fight bandits, those beloved guardians of Kaduna’s peace, carefully cultivated on government payrolls. If bandits are dislodged, how else will ordinary Nigerians learn resilience? Why should we have peace when we can proudly live in perpetual fear? Tinubu must go.

And then there is Aliko Dangote, already wealthy, yet Tinubu dares to empower him with a refinery, trucks, and exports. Imagine encouraging someone to create jobs, stabilize fuel supply, and even reduce prices. How unfair! We cannot have one man feeding millions when the Nigerian way is for millions to beg one man. This must stop.

If Tinubu continues to give hope to hopeless Nigerians, then we are finished. Not everyone deserves comfort. Poverty is our birthright, and inequality is our cultural heritage. If the poor begin to live like human beings, how will the few enjoy their godlike privileges? Tinubu must leave.

Instead, let us rally round Atiku Abubakar, a man who has never once apologized for the glorious mismanagement of our commonwealth. Or better still, let us hand power to a certain warlord from Kaduna, who feels entitled to the presidency after decorating Abuja and ruling his state for eight years. Yes, these are the kind of men we deserve, tried, tested, and trusted oppressors.

Because, truly, why should we accept investments in food security, affordable education, or energy independence for the youth? Give us hunger, darkness, and endless lies. Give us rulers who treat citizens as trash. That is what makes us proudly Nigerian.

So, fellow citizens, prepare your voters’ cards. Let us boldly vote against progress. Let us loudly reject hope. Let us firmly chase away anyone who dares to make Nigeria work.

Tinubu must not stay beyond 2027, because if he does, Nigerians might accidentally start enjoying their country.
