Cause of Tightness in Fuel Supply Resolved – NNPC

The cause of tightness in fuel supply across the country has been been resolved, Nigeria’s National Oil firm announced today.

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd.) announced in a statement released today that the tightness in the supply of Premium Motor Spirit currently being experienced in some areas across the country is as a result of logistics issues and that they have been resolved.

The statement signed by its Chief Communications Officer, Olufemi Soneye also said emphasized that the prices of petroleum products are not changing.

It further advised in the statement that Nigerians should avoid panic buying as there is sufficiency of products in the country.
