Security officials from the Department of State Service and members of the Nigerian Police Force are standing watch over the APC secretariat in Bayelsa state. This comes on the heels of the suspension of the APC State Chairman Tiwei Orunimighe, his deputy, Eddy Julius; and the secretary of the party’s chapter in the state, Marlin Danlin.
The trio were suspended on Thursday by the National Working Committee of the APC for allegedly engaging in anti-party activities and gross misconduct.
