OBASA, SEGUN ODUNMBAKU, KWAM1 ATTEND AGEGE DAY CELEBRATIONS

The Speaker of the Lagos State House Of Assembly, Rt. Hon Mudashiru Obasa, Chairman of Ojodu LCDA Hon Segun Odunmbaku and notable politicians comprising of lawmakers and Council Mayors today attended the sociocultural and communal event tagged “Agege Day Celebrations” held at the Agege township stadium.

The epoch event which was jointly hosted by both Agege Local Government and Orile Agege LCDA was filled with weeklong celebration and activities like beauty pageant, football matches, prayers and school debates that culminated in a grand finale party and launching of Agege Education Endowment Fund featuring Kwam 1, 9ice and Small Doctor serenading fans with sonorous music on stage.

Hon. Mudashiru Obasa who attended the event in company of the State lawmakers said the Agege Day Celebrations it’s an exciting moment for every Agege indigene, resident and we’ll wishers to gather and showcase Agege’s rich culture and tradition.

Hon. Segun Odunmbaku and Hon Mojeed Balogun with dignitaries and traditional rulers of Agege Kingdom.

Chairman Of Ojodu LCDA, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku also commended the organisers while describing the event as an exceptional occasion that celebrates the spirit of community and society which is both laudable and admirable.

In attendance at the event are the Commisioner For Culture and Tourism, Mrs Uzamat Akinbile Yusuf, Mayor Dele Oshinowo, Hon. Rasheedat Adu, Bldr. Sesan Daini, Hon. Mojeed Balogun, Hon. Princess Samiat Bada and Hon. Ramotalai Hassan.
