Nigeria have book their place at the 2019 AFCON, with a one all draw with South Africa after seeing two goals chalked off for offside in the match at the FNB stadium on Saturday.

An early own goal from Buhle Mkhwanazi gave Nigeria the lead, before Lebo Mothiba levelled matters for South Africa, the Super Eagles thought they have taken the lead again, only to be wrongfully ruled out for offside, similar to the one that was also ruled out in the first half, after Musa set up Kelechi Iheanacho.

The South Africa national team will have to wait until the final day of qualifying to book their place in next year’s Africa Cup of Nations.

Nigeria was robbed of two clear goals decleared offsides by the Zambia match officials, if the match is properly investigated something was wrong in the officiating.

Congratulations to Nigerian boys.
